1.275 million Americans have a spinal cord injury, and the number grows daily.  If you know someone that has suffered a spinal cord injury or is living with multiple sclerosis, ALS or another neurological condition, then you are aware of the catastrophic changes that happen to not just the injured person but to their whole family.  But are you aware of the cutting edge research being done at the Reeve-Irvine Research Center that is giving hope to these courageous survivors?  The Center, named after the late Christopher Reeve and philanthropist Joan Irvine-Smith, at the University of California, Irvine, is in the forefront of the very latest in research breakthroughs. Promising research suggests new and powerful treatments.
